Why we do it this way
Garage doors have a knack for breaking at the worst possible time, like a rainy morning with the car trapped inside, or a Friday afternoon when you've got somewhere to be. So we set ourselves up to move fast. The trucks are stocked with what most jobs need (springs, cables, rollers, opener pieces), which is why we can usually knock it out in one visit.
We're big on being straight with people, too. If all your door needs is a $129 pair of cables, that's what you'll hear from us, not a sales pitch. Every price goes down on paper before we start, and the number you sign off on is the number you pay.
What we do
At home: broken springs, snapped cables, worn rollers and hinges, dented panels, doors that jumped the track. We fix and replace openers, remotes, keypads and sensors, and we put in new garage doors after a free estimate.
For businesses: rolling gates, roll-up doors, loading dock doors and commercial overhead doors, from the storefronts downtown to the warehouses by the water.
Where we work
All over Glen Cove, including the Landing, the Orchard, Garvies Point and the streets around Dosoris Lane. We're also in Sea Cliff, Glen Head, Glenwood Landing, Locust Valley, Lattingtown, Bayville and Oyster Bay every week.
When we're open
Sunday through Thursday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Fridays until two hours before Shabbat. Closed Saturdays, and we're back on the phones as soon as Shabbat's over.
